What is your investment goal?
| Land and real estate projects | Land has been at the heart of our work from the start. We choose it in areas of future urban growth, around new state and municipal projects, and where the population is growing. Before offering any plot we check its status in the zoning plan (imar) and whether it has a single title deed (tek tapu) or a shared title deed (hisseli tapu), and we offer real estate projects from their early stages — the whole project or a unit in it. |
| Villas and apartments | Ready or under-construction villas and apartments in selected projects, including projects with developer instalment plans. |
| Commercial units and rental income | Shops and properties in areas with rental demand, and we help you find the tenant. For owners of whole buildings and large portfolios we offer property management. |

How we work — four steps
- Independent consultation: we define your goal and time frame with you. Our consultations are paid, because our advice does not follow any developer’s commission.
- Checked properties: we only show you properties whose land registry status we have checked: no mortgage (ipotek), no seizure (haciz), and no building-licence or occupancy-permit (iskan) issue.
- Purchase and title deed transfer: in person, or through an official power of attorney without having to travel. All fees are stated before you sign.
- After the purchase — we look after your investment:
- We hand over the property and help you with electricity, water, gas and internet subscriptions.
- We find a suitable tenant and document the lease, so your property starts generating income.
- Whenever you ask, we arrange a valuation of your property by an SPK-licensed appraisal company, so you know its market value.
- We resell the property or land at the right time for you, and present your next investment opportunity.
- For owners of whole buildings and large portfolios: property management, from letting and collection to maintenance and reporting.
- For those who wish: the property-based residence permit and Turkish citizenship through real estate investment.

| 8 August 2012 | Gate Istanbul Real Estate was launched, in partnership with the company “Daleel Turkey”, under the name “Daleel Gate Istanbul”. |
| 5–7 December 2012 | Within this partnership we organised the First Gulf–Turkish Real Estate Investment and Development Forum in Istanbul and invited investors from the Gulf countries; more than 350 businesspeople and investors attended.
