1. Accurate information

• All legal or official information we provide is taken from its official Turkish source, with the link and the date of the last review.
• We review our guides and pages whenever regulations change, and show the review date on every page.

2. Sound property

• We check the property’s status in the land registry before offering it: mortgage (ipotek), seizure (haciz), building licence and occupancy permit (iskan).
• We inform the investor in writing of any remark on the property before signing.

3. Clear costs

• Before the purchase we state all expected fees and costs: title deed fees, valuation, translation and commission.
• No hidden fees.

4. A qualified team

• Our consultants hold accredited real estate consultancy certificates.
• We continuously develop our team’s knowledge of new regulations and of the market.

5. Protecting the data of website visitors and investors (our Success Partners)

• We process the personal data of website visitors and investors in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
• We do not publish any investor’s name or data without their consent.

6. Prompt response and follow-up

• We answer every enquiry as soon as possible, and follow up with investors after the purchase on the property-based residence permit and citizenship through real estate investment.
