I began working on the Gate Istanbul project in 2011, and we launched on 8 August 2012. Since that day we have worked with more than five thousand investors, and more than 1,500 of them, together with their families, have obtained Turkish citizenship through real estate investment.
We have learned that an investor does not need a long list of properties, but someone who tells them the truth before they pay: what the law says, from its official source; exactly how much they will pay; and whether the property is sound. Sometimes the best advice is: “Do not buy this property.”
