How much does a consultation cost, and how is it paid?
The fee depends on the type and size of the consultation: advice on buying a home is different from a feasibility study for a project or a review of a large deal. We state the fee clearly before we start, with no hidden costs. If the deal is completed through us, the consultation fee is deducted from our commission.
Do you offer remote consultations for investors outside Turkey?
Yes. The consultation can be by video call or WhatsApp, and we send you a written report. We can also view properties on your behalf and send you photos, videos and details, so you can decide from your own country.
What do I receive after the consultation?
